Online Outreach Toolkit

Published in 2014 by the City of Vancouver, Safe Online Education Society, Health Initiative for Men, and in partnership with PLEA Community Services, this Toolkit was developed to assist service providers, managers and directors to develop the online outreach policies and practice required to prevent and reduce the sexual exploitation of children and youth.

This Toolkit includes a rationale for online outreach as an important tool to prevent the sexual exploitation of children and youth. With the information from this Toolkit, service providers and organizations can discuss, strategize and mitigate the liabilities, potential challenges, ethical issues and organizational responsibilities that stand in the way of online service delivery.
